Sweet Tweets

How do you like my vintage tin? I got this tin at a yard sale when I was able to fill a bag for $1!
I re-purposed this tin as my sample for the
Come And Get It Challenge this week...Anything but a Card.

Wow I LOVE Fred She Said! Adorable images! Amazing and creative ideas for projects of all kinds...I had so much fun with this digital stamp set.

I printed the images on white card stock, then colored them with Prismacolor markers. the background is done in chalks with my old favorite cloud stencil from CTMH.
The blue designer paper is also by them.

I used some Mod Podge to adhere the papers to the tin...making the wrinkles is easy...just smooth down the bubbling paper after it is dry to the touch. Then, I distressed with Distress Ink by Ranger, and gave it another coat of MP...the word, "tweets" is hand drawn by me!

I am entering the following challenges with this tin...
2 Sisters Challenge Blog - Things with Wings 9/30
Craftymess - Distressed, Aged 10/8
Secret Crafter - Distress 9/30
Sugar Creek Hollow - Vintage Animals 9/30
Anything But A Card - Challenge 2 10/1
Heck of A Challenge - Anything Goes- 10/1
Ladybug Crafts - Anything goes 10/1
