Dinner? No Problem!"

Well, if I had this chef in my kitchen life would be alot easier right now! My husband had back surgery a month ago, and is just now starting to feel less pain...not no pain, just less. I on the other hand am busy working, cooking, etc...just like having a baby! Well, almost...enough whining.

I ended up LOVING this card! The image is from Dude Time Doodles. They are our sponsor over at  Tuesday Throwdown. The challenge is a recipe:

1 image
2 die cuts or punches
3 buttons

I used some of my old paper from when I was a CTMH consultant back at the turn of the century. I also used some Melissa Francis paper. I stamped some words from the Kitchen Kids set of stamps from Crafty Secrets. I used an old CTMH stencil to sponge a tile wall behind the chef. The buttons and wire whisk are shadowed by black circle punches. The ribbon is vintage CTMH, and I use it on almost all my work. The chef is paper pieced. I used the out of the box technique, which I love right now. The stitching was done with my Singer and some heavy duty thread.

I hope you enjoyed looking at this cute image on my card, and will join in the challenge at Tuesday Throwdown

Have fun, and keep creative!
...Bev
