Jeffy's Halloween Card

Jeffy, my grandson, loves Sock Monkeys. This Bugaboo image is perfect!  Come and Get It Challenges is having a Halloween Challenge this week, and being on the Design Team, I am privileged to represent Bugaboo and Come And Get It.

I attended a Card Club in my community yesterday, and made this card while I was there. I got to use some really fun die cuts. Maria was so helpful. Next week she is going to bring some flourishes for me to try. 
 I used Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits to color my monkey. I used the "Out of the Box" technique, and used one of Maria's dies to make the black frame. The background is done with die cut pumpkins glued to the same color card stock. I used Stickles on the pumpkin bucket and the monkey's smile and eyepatch. The brads are from the Card Club's stash. The ribbon is CTMH.

Enjoy the Halloween Holiday, and don't eat too much healthy food (bet you thought I was going to say candy, huh? Well, you can never eat too much candy on Halloween!)
