A Mouse 'Round the House

I think this mouse is so cute! I love stamps about cups of whatever...and homey stuff. The mouse and the sentiment are both by Digital Delights. Being digi's, I can make them whatever size I want. I can even flip them as I did in my Bunny Sleepover card. What fun!

I colored this card with Letraset Aqua Markers. I used a waterpen and made the shadows with my Prismacolor Markers. The striped vellum is from my stash. The yellow paper is "vintage" CTMH. The flowered paper is from Michael's 5 for $1. I dry embossed "floorboards" on the Cranberry CS, again CTMH. (I used to be a consultant, many moons and one marriage ago!)

I used black gem embellishments from Michael's in the corners of the sentiment. Also tried my hand at sewing again. My thread keeps breaking though...gotta find a good tutorial.
The cream in the cup is covered with glitter.



The flower brads were on sale at Michael's. I got 2 packs...love brads!
